They aim to develop, promote, and champion grassroots innovation while improving the well-being of communities and their way of life, particularly those in the B40 category.
SME Corporation Malaysia functions as the central point of reference for information and data dissemination for all SMEs within the nation, as well as providing business advisory services for the SMEs and their entrepreneurs. Through effective coordination and provision of business support, they promote the development of innovative, resilient, and globally-competitive SMEs by providing them access to resources, partnerships, market-entry strategies, and sustainable growth development.
Biji-biji Initiative is a social enterprise that aims to inspire action through innovative problem-solving, utilizing creativity and technology as powerful tools of community-driven solutions. Biji-biji champions sustainable living, reuses waste creatively and thrives on collaborative production. By using discarded materials, basic electronics, and passive building techniques, Biji-biji inspires the community with fresh and fun approaches to sustainable living.
Me.reka provides an alternative way to nurture creativity in STEAM-centric education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) ingrained with principles of sustainability. Me.reka was set up to remove all barriers to designing and making. It is a space with access to industry experts, state-of-the-art tools and educational modules.
